ONLINE SESSIONS

Online counselling allows you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space, using a secure video platform.

Many clients find that being in a familiar environment helps them feel more at ease and open during sessions, while still experiencing the same depth and quality of support as face-to-face therapy.

Online therapy can be particularly helpful if you:

  • Have a busy or unpredictable schedule

  • Travel frequently or live abroad

  • Work remotely

  • Experience anxiety, low motivation, agoraphobia or body-image concerns

  • Prefer the privacy and convenience of remote sessions

I am fully trained and accredited to work online, having completed specialist training with the Online Therapy Institute and holding full accreditation with the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO). All sessions follow strict ethical and professional standards.

TELEPHONE SESSIONS

Telephone counselling offers a confidential, flexible, and effective way to access therapy without the pressure of video or face-to-face contact. Sessions take place via a private phone call, allowing you to engage fully in the therapeutic process from wherever you feel safest.

For many people, removing visual contact can reduce self-consciousness and anxiety, making it easier to speak openly and focus on thoughts, emotions, and bodily responses without distraction.

Telephone therapy can be particularly helpful if you:

  • Experience agoraphobia or find leaving the house overwhelming

  • Struggle with body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) or body image concerns

  • Feel anxious, self-conscious, or exposed on video calls

  • Experience social anxiety or fear of being seen or judged

  • Feel emotionally overwhelmed and need a simpler, less stimulating format

  • Have limited internet access or prefer not to use video technology

FEES & PRACTICALITIES

All sessions take place online and last 50 minutes once per week.

 

I am affiliated with Bupa, ComPsych, and Lyra, Axa, Spectrum and more which means I can work with clients covered by these providers. If you are using one of these services, you can usually request me directly, feel free to get in touch if you are unsure of the steps.

 

For privately funded sessions, please contact me for current fees and availability.
